Signable integration for property reports software

Our client has one of the best property software for agencies and landlords to easily generate property reports on check-in, end of tenancy and inspection. With new guidelines in place because of the COVID-19 crisis, it’s even more crucial to reduce the time and physical contact involved in gathering signees for each report.

We’re working on an integration with Signable so all reports generated on the system are easily sent and signed by all parties. The use of a third-party to signing of each report means a reduced cost of development to integrate the functionality as well as continued ongoing development by that third-party in an area which will always need continued development.

Where possible it sometimes makes complete sense to integrate your application with existing software and APIs, delivering awesome functionality, at a fraction of the setup and ongoing costs it could take to build this functionality from scratch.
